The GS6 Goalpost is a lightweight highly-visible GRP (non-conductive) telescopic red and white post designed to prevent contact with overhead obstructions and live electrical cables.
The system has been designed to reduce the risk of electrocution in work zones and mitigate the risk of damaging overhead infrastructures in accordance with HSE GS6 Guidelines.
The system is easily transported to and around different sites. Assembly to full carriageway clearance height can be achieved in minutes by one person.
The system is supplied with a galvanised steel base and bunting is included. There are 2 Bar/Arm options, supplied with either a solid crossbar or a cantilever arm or bunting. On completion of work, the product can be removed from sites and reused or stored easily. This is a system that offers many cost and environmental advantages over the traditional pole-in-barrel method.
